Bread!

So today, completely out of the blue, I decided that I would attempt to make bread! I’d never made bread before and neither had my mother because, well, she’s too lazy. And now after making it myself, I understand why. I started the bread making process at around 1:00pm and I finished about 4 hours later. 

The recipe didn’t look that hard at first and I thought “yeah! I can do this. How hard can it be?”. But then it came time to add 7 cups of flour…that’s a lot of flour. After kneading and kneading and kneading and kneading all the flour was mixed in and I had some pretty decent looking bread dough.I just had to let it rise.

2 hours later…

Then I had to flip it over and wait 45 minutes…

Yay! time to put it into the bread pans.

Then wait another hour…

And finally I got to bake it.
